Aakshi Kapoor is a hospitality advisor, hotel operator, and founder of GRACELINE Hospitality Advisors.
Aakshi’s foundation combines formal legal training with hands-on experience managing hotels, giving her a rare dual perspective on the contracts, compliance, and operations that shape a hotel’s success.
Aakshi’s approach is rooted in direct experience rather than theory. Her family brings over 15 years in the hotel and hospitality industry, and that ownership perspective informs every engagement she takes on — from the financial decisions that determine a hotel’s value to the operational and compliance details that protect it.
Whether working with a seasoned operator or an owner just starting out, Aakshi brings a fresh set of eyes to problems that can be difficult to see from inside the business — helping owners identify where profitability is being lost and what it takes to recover it.
Aakshi founded GRACELINE to give independent, franchised, and family-owned hotel owners access to the kind of advisor she wished she’d had — one who runs a hotel, not just studies one.
